TRI-HIGH Kids – Juniors

Our Passion is your Potential


 We provide fun and motivating coaching for children in all aspects of triathlon. Tri-high is led by experienced coaches who share a vast breadth of experience between them. As new members, we welcome you to the world of Tri-High and the club is here to support you on your personal journey through triathlon.


A few helpful notes:

  • Currently, coached sessions are held on Sunday mornings 8am to 9.30am and include a varied and interesting approach to triathlon!
  • We are very fortunate to have a strong link with Lucy from ‘Hey Joe Pilates’ and offer pilates for triathletes most Sunday mornings.
  • Most sessions will include swimming and always come prepared with comfortable running clothing and shoes. Importantly, a full water bottle as well!
  • For sessions that involve bikes, we will inform you the week before and endeavour to send out a reminder email. Children MUST bring a helmet. No helmet, no ride.
