Harlequins’ put through their paces by Tri-High
Liphook’s Tri-High Multi-Sports Club welcomed a star-studded team from Harlequins 1st XV rugby squad last week.
The team, including Chris Robshaw (ex-England Captain and British Lions player), Danny Care (England Scrum Half), Mike Brown (England Full Back), Jamie Roberts (Wales Centre), Adam Jones (Wales Prop) and many more, were put through their paces at Highfield School training facilities as part of their pre-season preparation.
Barney Gray, ex-Harlequins and England Colleges Scrum Half and Founder / Chairman of Tri-High Multi-Sports Club said: “It was great to welcome the Harlequins team to Liphook, they threw themselves into a team triathlon challenge which not only tested their endurance but also their swimming, cycling, running and team skills. We would encourage any school, club or business keen to develop their team training to give it a try. ”
Tri-High Multi-Sports is the local triathlon club for Liphook and the surrounding area and organises triathlon and multi-sports events for schools, clubs and businesses. Contact Barney Gray for more information: Barnaby.firstname.lastname@example.org
